PLUMBING FAQS

Plumbing questions, answered clearly

You should not have to guess what a plumbing service includes or what happens after you contact us. These answers explain the next step without assuming that every property needs the same repair.

Getting help

What areas do you serve?

We serve Roswell and surrounding North Metro Atlanta communities, including Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Milton, Marietta, and Sandy Springs. Share your city or ZIP code so we can confirm coverage for your address and the service you need. View service areas.

Do you work on both homes and businesses?

Yes. Our services include residential plumbing and commercial plumbing. For a business or managed property, tell us about affected areas, access requirements, and who can approve work.

What should I do for an urgent plumbing problem?

Call 770-597-4141 and describe what is happening. Tell us whether water is actively escaping, sewage is backing up, or essential fixtures cannot be used. We will confirm current service availability; do not assume a submitted form has dispatched a technician.

Can you guarantee an immediate visit?

Arrival and dispatch must be confirmed by our team. A phone message, email, or online request does not establish a scheduled visit. Call to check availability when the problem is urgent.

What happens after I submit the form?

Your request gives us information to discuss the problem and confirm availability. It does not reserve an appointment. If the form displays an error or you do not know whether the request was received, call rather than assuming service has been arranged.

Do I need to know which plumbing service to select?

No. Choose “I’m not sure” and describe the symptom: a slow drain, a wet area, a change in water pressure, an unusual water bill, or a problem with hot water.

Estimates and repair decisions

Are estimates free? Is there a trip or diagnostic fee?

Ask us to confirm the terms for your specific request before arranging service. An estimate, diagnostic inspection, and repair can involve different work. We will discuss the next step so you know what you are authorizing and which charges, if any, apply.

Can you give me an exact repair price from a description?

A description helps us understand the problem, but the repair scope may depend on what inspection reveals. Pipe location, access, condition, and the work needed can affect the estimate. Ask what must be assessed before a repair price can be confirmed.

Will you explain repair and replacement options?

Yes. Our approach is to explain the findings and the practical options. A repair may be appropriate for an isolated problem, while recurring failures or more extensive damage may justify replacement. The recommendation should match the condition of your system.

Do you offer warranties or financing?

Ask our team about the terms available for the particular work being proposed. Any applicable warranty, payment arrangement, or financing option should be confirmed before you rely on it; this website does not establish those terms.

Trenchless, sewer, and water line work

Do you offer trenchless sewer and water line services?

Yes. Trenchless work is a focus of our business. Suitable methods may reduce excavation compared with opening a trench along the full pipe route. Explore trenchless plumbing repair and trenchless water line service.

Does “trenchless” mean no digging at all?

Not necessarily. Access points or targeted excavation may still be needed. We discuss the proposed method, where access is required, and what restoration is included. Some pipe or site conditions call for a different approach.

Does a low-pressure problem mean I need a new main water line?

No. A pressure change is a reason to investigate, not a diagnosis by itself. We assess the symptoms and the relevant parts of the supply system before recommending main water line repair or another service.

Can cleaning fix a broken sewer pipe?

Cleaning addresses obstructions and buildup. It does not repair a cracked, displaced, or collapsed pipe. When symptoms keep returning, camera inspection may help determine whether further cleaning or a repair is appropriate.

Is hydro jetting right for every blocked drain?

No. Hydro jetting can help with suitable drain and sewer lines affected by heavy buildup, but pipe condition and the type of blockage matter. A fragile or damaged line may need a different approach. Learn about hydro jetting.

Is a video camera inspection the same as drain cleaning?

No. Inspection helps identify visible conditions inside an accessible drain or sewer line. Cleaning removes obstructions. They may be used together, but each has a different purpose, and access or a heavy blockage can limit the inspection.

Leaks, fixtures, and safety

Can you investigate a leak I cannot see?

Yes. Leak detection can help investigate unexplained water use, recurring dampness, or other signs of a hidden plumbing problem. Tell us what changed and where you have noticed it. A musty smell or high bill alone does not prove a leak.

Does a noisy water heater always need replacement?

No. The cause, the heater’s condition, and the repair options need to be assessed. Noise, inconsistent hot water, and leaks are useful details to share. Read about water heater service.

Are sump pumps and sewage ejector pumps the same?

No. A sump pump manages water collected in a sump pit, while a sewage ejector pump moves wastewater from fixtures that cannot drain to the main line by gravity. Tell us which system you have—or describe the issue if you are unsure.

What should I do if sewage is backing up?

Stop using affected plumbing and keep people and pets away from the contaminated area. Do not keep flushing to test whether the blockage has cleared. Call to check service availability and describe which fixtures are affected.

What should I do if I smell gas?

Leave the area immediately, avoid flames and electrical switches, and call 911 and your gas utility from a safe location. Do not attempt to find or repair the leak yourself. Arrange plumbing service after the area is safe rather than waiting for a form response.

Can you help with water damage or an insurance claim?

Start by discussing the plumbing problem and the repair scope. Drying, cleanup, building repairs, and insurance decisions may involve other professionals. Ask what documentation is available for the plumbing work; do not assume that restoration or an insurance outcome is included.
