These Terms apply to use of the Site and website-based communications. They do not replace a written estimate, work order, service agreement, invoice, warranty document, or other agreement governing plumbing services. If a separate written service document conflicts with these Terms regarding a specific job, the service document controls for that job.

The Site provides general information about Specialty Plumbing, plumbing services, service areas, and common plumbing conditions. Website content is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a diagnosis, inspection, professional opinion, binding estimate, or guarantee that a particular service or repair method is appropriate for a specific property.

Plumbing conditions vary. An on-site inspection or additional information may be required before we can confirm the cause of a problem, available service options, timing, scope, or price.

Submitting a form, sending an email or text message, leaving a voicemail, or otherwise contacting us through the Site:

• Is a request for contact or service only
• Does not create a service contract
• Does not confirm an appointment
• Does not guarantee availability, response time, pricing, or completion time

An appointment or service engagement is confirmed only when accepted by Specialty Plumbing. Any estimate is subject to the conditions identified during inspection and the terms stated in the applicable written estimate, work order, or service agreement.

Do not rely on a website form, email, or text message for an immediate emergency response.

For an urgent plumbing issue, call 770-597-4141. If there is an immediate threat to life, fire, electrical danger, suspected gas leak, or another hazardous condition, leave the affected area when appropriate and contact 911, the applicable utility provider, or other emergency personnel.

Do not enter standing water near electrical equipment, attempt repairs involving gas, or undertake work beyond your training and ability.

By providing contact information, you authorize us to contact you regarding your inquiry, requested appointment, estimate, service, billing matter, or customer-support request through the communication methods you provide.

Promotional communications will be sent only as permitted by applicable law and consistent with any required consent. Consent to receive marketing calls or text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

For text messages:

• Message frequency may vary.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out.
• Reply HELP for assistance.

Mobile information and text-message consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, accounts, or systems
• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Site
• Introduce malware, harmful code, automated attacks, or disruptive technologies

Submitting a photograph or description does not replace an on-site inspection and does not guarantee that the condition can be fully evaluated remotely.

The Site and its content, including text, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, design elements, and software, are owned by Specialty Plumbing or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and print reasonable portions of the Site for personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission.

Third-party names, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services, such as maps, review platforms, social-media pages, manufacturers, or informational resources. Third-party services are controlled by their respective operators. We are not responsible for their availability, content, security, terms, privacy practices, or actions.

Use of a third-party website is at your discretion and subject to that third party's terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating solely to the Site or these Terms will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable law and any controlling written agreement between the parties.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce that provision later.
