Cracks have other causes. A crack with moisture, a warm spot or a rising bill next to it is worth a test. Tell us what else you have noticed.
Can you fix a slab leak without tearing up my floor?
Rerouting above the slab or tunneling from outside both leave the floor alone. Which one fits depends on where the leak is and where the pipe runs. We lay out all three with prices.
Water is spreading across the floor. What do I do first?
Shut the main valve, stay off wet floors near outlets or appliances, and call. Do not wade through water to reach a breaker. Then we come find the pipe.
